Last week I got word that my girl MK Olsen was reportedly carrying on with Olivier Sarkozy. I know what you’re thinking, “who???” That’s actually irrelevant, but just because I’m a big proponent of education and cultural awareness, I’ll fill you in. Olivier is the 42-year-old brother of former French president Nicholas Sarkozy.
Let’s examine how and why MK has qualified and won the title of “20Something of the Week.” This little troll of a twin has found a way, once again to outshine and outdo us all in the weirdo department, whilst bringing attention to a 20-something struggle that often goes unnoticed and ignored.
So often in the media, we hear about the 20-somethings who can’t find jobs, are stuck in debt, blah, blah, blah! But what about those of us who have found success? Do you care about our struggles and the price we have had to pay for prosperity?
Finding fame, fortune, and/or employment at 20-something is a rarity. That being said, those of us who have been so lucky, seldom cross paths with other 20-somethings. More often than not, us 20-somethings find ourselves swimming in a sea of 40-something silicone.
After this immersion into 40-something culture, it becomes nearly impossible to return to the world of the average 20-something. Before you know it, you find yourself browsing the divorce section of the Huffington Post, the only Kardashian you can relate to is Kris (Jenner), and when you do come across a 20-something you only address them using words like “hun” or “sweetie.”
“MK is constantly complaining about boys not being mature enough for her,” the source explains. “She got the kids out of her system. Now being a businesswoman dominates her time, and she is rarely impressed with guys.”

Kudos to you MK. There is no shame in your game, and don’t let anyone convince you otherwise! Embrace the hair transplants, dermal fillers and Cialis that will surely become a part of your life. In the words of Aaliyah, god rest her soul, age ain’t nothin but a number!
